Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Procurement Engineer (f/m) to join our Quality Procurement Product Conformance (QPAC) team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing robust supply chain quality processes across all aircraft programs. As part of the Quality Procurement Expert team, you will be involved in managing Safety-Related Item (SARI) investigations and driving process excellence aiming at strengthening the industrial system and ensuring full compliance with the Quality Management System.

Your challenges:

  • Manage investigations of Safety-Related Items (SARIs) as a Production Panel Member to ensure ro bust Root Cause and Correc tive Action.
  • Act as Process Operational Manager Representative to cascade deployment plans and ensure a dherence to quality processes.
  • Capture and escalate operational feedback to the Process Management Team to drive continuou s improvement.
  • Coach and support stakeholders to ensure seam less communication and effective resolution of quality issues.
  • Lead business improvement projects using structured methodologies (LBIP+) to optimize ways of working.


Your boarding pass:

  • Proven experience with structured probl em-solving methodologies (9S, 8D, PPS) and quality investigation practices.
  • Solid understanding of Product Safety processes (A2757) and experience in process management.
  • Proficiency in CAPRI and SDM+ tools (knowledge of Skywise or Tech Request is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fully English-speaking environment.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills to act as a liaison between central and operational teams.
