An opportunity for A400M Customer Management and Powerplant Assistant has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Illescas. In this role, you won't just monitor processes; you will be a fundamental pillar in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our aircrafts.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Automation: Design and train models/tools for the automated generation and review of Quality Standard Operating Instructions (QSOI) and supervision questionnaires.
- Regulatory Integration: Ensure the system natively integrates current regulations and critical data from the Control Plan .
- Process Optimization: Drastically reduce administrative lead times for Quality Technicians, allowing them to focus on high-value tasks.
- Shop Floor Impact: Guarantee that supervision is agile, accurate, and fully aligned with zero-defect objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- Technical Proficiency: knowledge of JavaScript / Google Apps Script .
- Data Management: Expertise in SQL and database management.
- Digital Mindset: Process-oriented professional with a focus on the digitalization of industrial environments.
- Quality Standards: understanding of quality management systems and industrial regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into logical algorithms.
- Advanced level of English
- Proactive Autonomy: Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
- Multidisciplinary Agility: Comfortable transitioning from technical discussions in the lab to operational troubleshooting on the shop floor.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
