Job Description:

• Leiterkarten: Visuelle Inspektion von Lötstellen und Klebungen mit unterschiedlichen Klebern sowie der werkmännischen Ausführung gemäß Zeichnung, Stückliste, Arbeitsplan und vorgegebenen Fertigungs- und Prüfvorschriften.
• Aufbautechniken: Prüfung von Bond- und Spaltschweißverbindungen bei bestückten Leiterkarten, Hybrid-Modulen, LCAMP/SSPA-Baugruppe.
• Inspektion von Baugruppen und Geräten in den Produktlinien Aktive Produkte und Laser Terminals. Insbesondere Inspektionen vor Acc.-Test und Lieferungen an den Kunden.
• Überprüfung auf Übereinstimmung mit Fertigungsunterlagen/Arbeitspapieren in Papierausführung und elektronisch geführt, korrekte Einhaltung der Dokumentationsregeln und Nachverfolgbarkeit.
• Baugruppen und Geräte zur Kundenabnahme (MIP/FAI) vorbereiten und dem Kunden vorstellen. Dokumentation der Prüfungen.
• Bei Abweichungen Prüfbefunde erstellen und bei der Fehlersuche- und Fehlerbehebung mitwirken.
• Unterweisung von Werkern und Inspektoren in der Fertigung bei Fehlerfällen. Überprüfung der Qualifikation bei Inline-Inspektoren
• Durchführen der erforderlichen SAP-Buchungen
• Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von Inspektionsvorschriften
