CONTEXT OF THE POSITION...

This position aims to:

• Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.
  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The jobholder is in charge of:

• Work in the scope of St42-40, structure & Mechanic area.
  
• Perform planned inspections and attestations on stations as per work orders.
  
• Support production in quality inspections as per the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of wire routing, electrical installation, air-conditioning duct installation and FOD check, zone closure, etc.
  
• Raise non-conformity reports and perform quality assessment according to related documents and attest the rework/repair.
  
• Engage support as a Multi-Functional-Team under Airbus Methodology via appropriate tools, e.g. CPB, PPV, PPS, PFMEA, etc. To maintain the Aircraft Business Process, actively contribute to continuous improvement and secure Aircraft delivered on Quality, on Time, on Cost.
  
• Optimize Inspection activities, i.e. Standard Operation Instruction, carry out production process realization and Operation Surveillance when needed.
  
• Support the management of qualifications of production personnel, i.e. SI/DE surveillance, to attest DE work sample, etc.
  
• Perform and assist customer visit and clarify key technical interface points to customers.
  
• Be the go-to person on the shop floor for Quality issues.
  
• In the scope of Aircraft Quality Line Side, blue collar,
  
• Potentially take different shifts if necessary.
  
• Potentially OT if necessary.
  

QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION: with Bachelor degree, in Engineering or Mechanic major.

EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in Industrial domain, experience in Inspection is better

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Airbus Process (e.g. BMS, ABP)

Knowledge of Quality Operations activities,

proficiency in Inspection

LANGUAGE : fluent English both in written and oral speaking

Soft Skills:

Logical thinking

Attitude to continuous improvement
