You will join the DCS organization i.e the IM teams for Airbus Customer Services. Our mission is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support their digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our Airlines customers .

You will join an organization where we develop solutions which could have significant impacts on aircraft security, which must be compliant to various set of requirements like personal data management, export control management.

In that context, we are looking for a project manager interested by and experienced in software quality management and interested to coordinate diverse projects, transversal in the DCS organization, supporting the head of the domain.

You will have to manage the compliance with the IM quality referentia l ( EN.IM ), you will have to follow the quality plan application , support project managers of the PSL located in France and in Airbus India. You will have to promote this quality culture to our sub-contractor network. You will have to liaise with the DGQ central team around the evolutions of the EN.IM referential.

You will set up the performance indicators for the DCS domain, you will measure the performance via the collection, consolidation and production of domain performance indicators. You will analyze the root causes and provide recommendations and continuous improvements actions in order to reach targeted performance.

You will facilitate the communication and collaboration of all contributors,

You will influence and coordinate the continuous improvement of the tools to manage the DCS domain as well as the tools to support the projects.

You will have to consolidate the domain roadmap and operational plannings

You will lead different projects, transversal to the DCS domain. It can be change management projects, set up of communication plan and preparation of communication kits, ..

We are looking for a candidate having the following skills and experiences :

  • Educated to 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology,
  • Strong Project Management experience,
  • Autonomus and rigorous (management of several activities in parallel)
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills
  • Team Player and Team Player and collaborative mind-set
  • Flexible et reactive (capable to rapidly adapt to changing priorities)

Linguistic skills

  • Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English.
