SUMMARY OF POSITION ポジションの内容

The Production planner plays a central role in controlling production by collaborating with internal stakeholders on various contracts proposed by Airbus Helicopters Japan (new aircraft, MRO, training, repairs and modifications, etc.).

Additionally, in fulfilling contracts for aircraft and equipment maintenance, repair, and modification, Production planner manage the entire process-from preparing maintenance plan to addressing various issues during fulfillment and handling final delivery-ensuring delivery within specified timelines.

It requires a good organizational mindset to manage the planning, communication skills to work with other departments and suppliers. It also required a capacity of listening and caring for stakeholder needs, as well as decision-making skills for problem-solving.

生産管理者は,エアバス•ヘリコプターズ•ジャパンが提案する様々な契約(新機体,MRO,訓練,修理改造など)を,社内関係者と連携し生産整備をコントロールする中心的な役割を担います.

また航空機および機器の整備,修理,改造に関する契約の履行において,定められた工期内にデリバリーできるように航空機の搬入準備から,履行中の様々な問題への対応,搬出まで全工程を管理します.

整備計画を立案•管理するためのマネジメント能力,他部門および取引先とのコミュニケーション能力が求められます.またステークホルダーからのニーズを傾聴し配慮する能力や問題解決のための意思決定力も必要です.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職務•責任

  • Cost estimation for MRO/Custom of helicopters.
  • Creating, issuance and management of maintenance planning sheet.
  • Creating, issuance and management of maintenance schedule for each aircraft.
  • Creating, issuance and management of each work cards and other directions.
  • Creating, issuance of work orders related to defects for each aircraft and component.
  • Request required parts , material etc. for MRO/Custom of helicopters. Using internal IT system “SAP”.
  • Request required outsourcing work for MRO/Custom of helicopters. Using internal IT system “SAP”.
  • MRO•改造工事に係るコスト見積り作業
  • MRO•改造工事に係る整備計画書の作成,発行及び管理に関する業務
  • MRO•改造工事に係る整備工程表の作成,発行及び管理に関する業務
  • 生産整備の各種作業カード及びその他作業指示票の作成,発行及び管理に関する業務
  • MRO•改造工事に係る不具合処置に係る作業指示の発行に関する業務
  • MRO•改造工事に必要な部品,材料の要求(社内SAPシステムを使用)
  • MRO•改造工事に必要な外注作業の要求(社内SAPシステムを使用)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential / 必須

  • Basic skill to Google workspace or MS Office. MS officeもしくはGoogle workspaceの基本的な操作ができる方
  • Internal coordination and cooperation. 社内調整力•協調性
  • Leadership. リーダーシップ

Desirable / 望ましい

  • Communicate and prepare documents in Japanese. 日本語でのコミュニケーション及び書類作成が可能な方
  • Practical experience in general production control. 製造業における生産管理の実務経験
  • Practical experience in aircraft production control. 航空機の製造または整備の生産管理の実務経験
  • Basic knowledge for aircraft maintenance. 航空機整備に関する基礎知識
  • Practical experience of helicopter (or airplane) maintenance. ヘリコプター(又は飛行機)整備の実務経験
  • Experience in using SAP for production control work. 生産管理業務におけるSAPの使用経験
  • English ability including conversation. 英語力(会話含む)
