Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Production Activity Controller (f/m) to join our TLS Logistic team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team providing logistics support for the Final Assembly Line (FAL). As part of TLS Logistic, you will be involved in operational flow management aiming at securing aircraft deliveries on time and with the required quality.

Your challenges
- Manage supply chain activities and standard logistics flows to ensure parts availability at production stations.
- Anticipate shortages and handle parasitic flows, specifically the rapid replacement of defective parts to prevent any production line stoppage.
- Identify flow anomalies and escalate critical issues to decision-making bodies when facing roadblocks.
- Collaborate daily with Quality and Manufacturing departments as well as production team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes within your scope to enhance operational performance.
Your boarding pass
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in logistics flow management or production environments.
- Solid knowledge of production constraints and Supply Chain processes (profiles from Automotive or Food & Beverage industries are welcome).
- Proficiency in production management tools (ERP type) and ability to process operational data.
- Internal negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English (is an advantage for this position).
- Ability to work in shifts (2x9 shift pattern).
