- Provide permanent guidance, advise and support to Procurement employees & at supplier.
- Cascade information via directives & guidelines.
- Ensure that all requirements are integrated into processes, tools & competences.
- Develop and coordinate the network.
- Evaluate, assess performance.
- Conduct investigation when sustainability risk is identified.
- Anticipate, monitor risks & put in place corrective & improvement actions.
- Support directly the Management in case of specific issues and/or in cases of infringement.
- Develop and maintain the relevant training programme (training, information...).

Main responsibilities for this position:

Lead and coordinate procurement (Strategic & Operational) hazmat activities by:

1/Setting and Applying the procurement hazmat gouvernance

• Leading and organizing the Procurement Hazmat supply board
  
• Detecting hot topics to escalate in the Board
  
• Building a global hazmat procurement monitoring through KPis & scorecard
  
• Ensuring an end-to-end visibility within the hazmat procurement activities
  

2/Coordinating and Mastering the procurement Hazmat impacts & risks such as

• Supplier maturity risk and consequent development plan
  
• Business Disruption risk due to hazmat regulations
  
• Cost impact assessment (recurring & non-recurring) coming from suppliers impacted by the hazmat regulation and risk management associated (budget, arbitration, escalation)

3/Coordinating mitigation plan execution in the supply chain through

• To improve maturity through Supplier development plan with Operational Procurement task force
  
• To secure business continuité through Substance substitution, Ressourcing, ...
  
• To minimize the extra cost impact through negotiation support, contractual guidance...

4/Endeavoring transversal collaboration between:

• Airbus Helicopters procurement and functions directly collaborating with Procurement (Operational procurement, Hazmat team, Design office, Support & Services, Programs) and be the procurement focal point and representative for the other function hazmat routines
  
• Airbus Helicopters procurement and the Group (Procurement transversal sustainability department, Hazmat group team through the Group hazmat board (OASM) with the Airbus Helicopters approach and initiatives to launch. Endeavour to find synergies to optimize Airbus Helicopters hazmat mitigation solutions
  

5/Be strength of proposal for simplifying the HazMat Procurement processes and support their application towards the Procurement community and all impacted functions.

6/Upskill and maintain the hazmat skills of Procurement population

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
