Deine Aufgaben

  • Recherche zu Schaltungstopologien und Realisierungen RF RMS Leistungsdetektoren
  • Entwurf und Layout eines RMS-Detektors in einer RadHard SiGe BiCMOS Technologie
  • Analyse und Stabilisierung des entworfenen Detektors bezüglich Prozess und Umwelteinflüssen

Deine Qualifikation

  • Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Interesse an Satellitentechnik und Hochfrequenzsystemen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Analog und RFIC Schaltungsdesign
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Designtools wie Cadence Virtuoso oder Keysight ADS / Pathwave
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
