Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Portfolio Manager to oversee the health and
growth of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will own Product Epics, drive product vision,
maintain and update comprehensive product roadmaps, and collaborate across all business
lines. This role requires a visionary leader capable of adapting strategies to market dynamics
and delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the health and performance of the product portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage the lifecycle of products, including
enhancements and sunsetting when necessary.
• Maintain, and continuously update clear product roadmaps, aligned with business goals,
and shared across stakeholders.
• Define, prioritize, and lead the execution of key Product Epics aligned with strategic
objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain a compelling product vision in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and update operational dashboards for
senior management
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Software Factory, and CX teams to deliver cohesive
product strategies.
• Continuously adapt and reprioritize product plans based on evolving business needs and
market conditions
• Champion agile principles to drive faster, customer-focused outcomes.

Qualified Experience/Education/Skills/Training:
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a
related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in flight operations, aviation technology or
aviation management - in particular in Crew and Ops Systems
• Proven expertise in project and portfolio management in a complex operational setting

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of SAFe / Agile Software Development
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to drive Objectives and KPI through
• Experience with current Airline Software (User, Administrator, Developer)
• Strong understanding of the customer workflow/experience

Communication Skills:
• Ability to convey complex ideas and requirements in a simple manner
• Ability to capture and hold the attention of stakeholders or customers
• Ability to create, mature, and communicate a business case capturing Industry Value
and Corporate KPI
• Ability to react quickly and calmly under pressure
