Job Mission:
- Responsible for forecasting of scheduled maintenance activities of the fleet.
- Ensure delivery of projects according to approved maintenance program/project strategy/objectives/requirements in committed time and cost.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the PM&M officer/s in the performance of their duties.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and management of the aircraft, engine and components maintenance requirements of fleet.
- Ensure project set-up, ramp-up, execution and closure within time, cost and quality/performance/strategic requirements.
- Ensure project management disciplines: allocation of resources, cost/budget, elaboration, monitoring and control of projects schedule, project monitoring and control, management of risks/opportunities and change, necessary documentation.
- Responsible and alignment of projects: maintenance program, engineering, manufacturing, finance, IT, including suppliers when relevant.
- Forecast the schedule for aircraft maintenance requirements in accordance with aircraft configuration & Airbus Helicopters Maintenance Program and constant adjustment of workload hangar space and feasibility and completion of project(s) in conjuction with MRO Manager and Head of Operations.
- Review of all work packages from Team for accuracy, cleanliness, proper signature, dates, revisions, and references before issuance of work done report for return to service or maintenance release.
- Ensure internal or external customer relationship when relevant.
- Ensure visible leadership on the project including communication and team engagement aspects.
- Contributes to Support & Sales during the offer phase.
- Familiar with AH manuals and technical publication.
