CONTEXT:

Tactical Planner FAL&CL is one of the industrial connections between the aircraft manufacturing capacity of the Company (suppliers, Plants, Logistics and site workforce) and the final delivery to Customer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Take part of the rules definition for the Planning in Airbus also focused on Tianjin site such as the Baseline Planning, aircraft allocation, aircraft Complexity Assessment and local rate strategy.
2. Run and lead the E2E Tactical Planning (from Start of FAL to ToT) and feasible production schedule scenarios for FAL&CL Tianjin, long-, mid- and short-term horizons.
3. Lead the local AOS Master Production Scheduling (MPS) routines for FAL&CL Tianjin.

4. Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop the E2E view of all production related drivers such as customer need dates, production status, backlog, outstanding work, supply chain, available capacity and any technical & quality topics.
5. Provide scenarios to optimize the resources availability and minimize impact on the manufacturing flow due to planned ramp-ups, unexpected MCA/CA shortages or new Customer needs.
6. Validate and officialize short term planning and the impact on the Industrial System until ToT.
