Mission:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Belfast to be part of the 1AZO Performance Team within the Airframe Engineering Business Management function.

What we do in 1AZO:
Integrate and compile complex data to provide a cohesive, high-level business management overview for both the Airframe Centre and Component Domain levels (workload planning, workforce allocation, and subcontracting support to Engineering teams across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.)
Develop and operate robust Performance Systems and governance frameworks to monitor key KPIs and drive continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
Harmonize performance processes and streamline ways of working while embedding a proactive Risk and Opportunity mindset throughout Airframe Engineering.
Lead the strategic deployment of Engineering Business Management tools, influencing functionality development, providing training, and establishing governing rules.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Reporting into and under the governance of the Head of Airframe Performance and Wing Engineering Business Management (BM), the role is accountable for maintaining an integrated view and understanding of the business performance data for the A220 Head of Engineering (HoE).
Deploy standardized Business Review formats and governance across Airframe processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Partner with Business Management sub-functions (Workload, Subcontracting, Resource) to align data maturity, utilising the single data source for the Wing Domain.
Lead the cascade of key Engineering KPIs (including TFO/TCO) and oversee the Risk & Opportunity process, ensuring rigorous analysis and proactive mitigation.
Drive the transition from legacy systems to new Engineering Business Management tools, supporting the roll-out and ensuring full team adoption of new digital workflows.

You have proven track record of :
Business Management
Data compilation and analysis
Performance monitoring, reporting and management
Of achieving delivery to Time, cost and Quality.
Finding creative solutions to complex problems.
You are able to make or influence decisions in a complex network of stakeholders and customers.
You desire to work in an open and trusting environment
