Job Description:

Performance Excellence & Management:

  • Design, implement, and govern a comprehensive performance management framework to drive accountability and results across all strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and manage sophisticated KPI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into team and project performance for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Promote a culture of high performance by establishing best practices, facilitating performance feedback mechanisms, and coaching teams on performance improvement.

AOS Deployment & Evangelism:

  • Drive the strategic deployment of all AOS bricks , creating detailed rollout plans, training materials, and communication strategies.
  • Act as a change agent, evangelizing the benefits of the AOS framework and ensuring its consistent application to drive standardization and efficiency.
  • Provide expert coaching and hands-on support to the team to ensure deep-rooted adoption and proficiency with the operating system.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within and across teams.
  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Foster an environment where continuous learning and improvement are core organizational values.

Strategic Initiative Alignment & Reporting:

  • Maintain the roadmap of strategic initiatives, ensuring that all projects are aligned with the AOS framework and performance excellence standards.
  • Provide transparent, data-driven reports on the overall health and performance of the strategic portfolio.
