- Managing and coordinating Expense report from finance.
- Focal point for managing the complete invoicing process for the Opex items of Training Centre verticals and being able to raise PREQs and manage good receipts.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Finance team for invoice creation for Simulator utilization.
- Focal for coordinating the procurement processes end to end: Take requirements from all departments - FSTD, Operations, Flight & Maintenance. Consolidating, filling and providing specification forms, Procure-to-pay, Invoicing, follow up with stakeholders for approvals.
- Focal for handling operations points including managing library resources & stationary inventory & facilities (as per supplier specifications for Sim halls and APT rooms) points for DGCA & EASA audits.
- Provide support for logistics & facilities management, stakeholder management, travel and other priorities to the General Manager
- Coordination of Cabs at Training Centre for internal and external employees including roster, invoicing/billing.
- Coordination of events, meetings etc. at the Training Centre.
- Support the FSTD team with Export & Import - custom clearances for spare parts and inventory management.
- Be the champion of Airbus Branding in all internal processes and documents issued by the Training Centre.
