The Finance Department at Airbus Helicopters invites you to join a dynamic and high-performing team. 🎯 Your Core Mission: Be the Strategic Partner for the NH90 Program

You will be the key financial interface for the NH90 Program both in Spain and within the wider Airbus Helicopters Group. Your work will have a direct impact on decision-making, operational efficiency, and the long-term success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Financial Visibility: Provide a complete and transparent picture of the NH90 Program's cost performance.
  • Challenging Business Partner: Work closely with Program Management, challenging the status quo to achieve continuous financial and operational improvement.
  • Strategic Contract Control:
    • Manage and control contract profitability (EAC / CTC), from the business case phase to contract closure.
    • Lead the assessment and management of risks, opportunities, and contingencies.
  • Financial Planning and Monitoring:
    • Build, discuss, and substantiate the Operating Plans (OP) and Forecasts (FC), ensuring consistency and financial compliance.
    • Monitor actual vs. planned costs and the monthly results, providing strategic feedback and advice.
  • High-Level Reporting: Set up relevant reporting, identify the root causes of deviations, and propose corrective/improvement actions to Management and various stakeholders.
  • Revenue Cycle Management (Contract Administration):
    • Oversee processes from contract signature up to invoicing and payment.
    • Ensure monthly and year-end closing, including all necessary provisions and documentation for auditors.
  • Bidding Support (Bid Costing & Pricing):
    • Support the bidding and contracting process, from back-office support to direct negotiation with customers when required.
    • Develop pricing strategy and business modeling based on feasible and consistent assumptions.


What We Are Looking For:

Experience and Education:

  • Professional Experience: Over 5 years in Finance, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to Controlling functions.
  • Academic Background (One of the following is essential):
    • University Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
    • Industrial Engineer (ideally with an MBA or specialization in Industrial Organization).


Key Competencies:

  • English Proficiency: A high level (spoken and written) is essential for interacting with international teams.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability for deep financial analysis.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage the financial aspects of complex programs/projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Excel (High/Expert Proficiency) and functional knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
  • Attitude:
    • Team & Supportive Spirit: Open-minded and collaborative, focused on supporting the team.
    • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Skill in managing workload in dynamic environments.
