Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Workflow Manager (f/m) to join our Nose & Centre Fuselage (NCF) Daily Repair team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing repair solutions for the entire Airbus fleet. As part of the NCF daily repair team, you will be involved in managing the inflow of requests coming from airlines and MROs via Airbus customer support, aimed at ensuring the continued airworthiness of our fleet, and limiting the aircraft downtime to an absolute minimum.

Your challenges:

  • Managing the workload linked to more than 400 repair queries per week for 3 teams with a total of more than 40 engineers.
  • Ensuring the even distribution of tasks, and identifying the right people for each and every task.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into operational deliverables and to prioritise
  • Acting as the focal point for all customer services in ensuring the correct prioritisation of critical tasks.
  • Interfacing with teams in both India and USA to ensure alignment on priorities 24/7.
  • Acting as a sounding board for management with respect to overall performance within the teams.


Your boarding pass:

  • Holds an Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience in an engineering environment.BAC + 5 equivalent.
  • Proficient in both English and French.
  • Experience in aircraft structures is mandatory (knowledge of Fuselage structures ATA 52/53 is a plus) & a willingness to develop in the area of either aircraft design or stress calculation.
  • Comfortable working in a highly dynamic, international environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for team cohesion and well-being: Proven ability to interface with others and discuss technical matters clearly and simply
