Español:

  • Codificación OTAN de artículos de diferentes programas en Airbus Defence & Space (Eurodrone, A400M, MRTT, Eurofighter, etc) de acuerdo a las reglas ACODP1, 33C y el “Reglamento de Catalogación de la Defensa”
  • Obtención de la documentación técnica necesaria para dar soporte al proceso de catalogación en los sistemas de Airbus (AIMS/STILO/AIRNAV A400M/DMS, etc.)
  • Compilación de documentación técnica de proveedores externos
  • Respuesta a peticiones relacionadas con la Catalogación de diferentes usuarios
  • Comprobación de la disponibilidad de NATO Stock Number en la the Nato Master Cross List (NMSCL)

Los siguientes son requisitos imprescindibles. Por favor, no aplicar si no se cumple alguno de ellos:

  • Nacionalidad española (NO se admite doble nacionalidad)
  • Título oficial correspondiente al CURSO DE IDENTIFICADORES OTAN impartido por la Oficina Nacional de Catalogación del Ministerio de Defensa de España para el acceso al Sistema Español de Catalogación (SICAD Plus) y realización de la catalogación de artículos.
  • Gran experiencia en el uso del Sistema Español de Catalogación (SICAD Plus).
  • Conocimiento en profundidad de los procedimientos de catalogación ACODP1, 33C y el “Reglamento de Catalogación de la Defensa”
  • Experiencia en la catalogación de artículos de programas de Defensa como, por ejemplo, Eurofighter, A4000M y C295
  • Experience in registration parts, en la disciplina de Aprovisionamiento IniciaI y SAP
  • Conocimiento a nivel usuario de Microsoft Excel y Access
  • Nivel de inglés necesario para compresión de documentación técnica y comunicación escrita y oral.

Adicionalmente, se valorarán la experiencia en Servicios Postventa y la formación universitaria (no es imprescindible para el puesto).

  • Job Description:
  • Codification of articles for the different AIRBUS Defence & Space programs (Eurodrone, A400M, MRTT, Eurofighter, etc) according to the NATO Codification rules ACODP1, 33C and the “Reglamento de Catalogación de la Defensa”
  • Retrieval of technical documentation in the Airbus Systems to support the Codification Process: AIMS/STILO/AIRNAV A400M/DMS, etc.
  • Compilation of technical documentation from the external suppliers
  • Response to the Codification Queries from the different users
  • Check of the availability of the NATO Stock Number in the Nato Master Cross List (NMSCL)

The following are mandatory requirements. Please do not apply to this position in case of not fulfilling any of them:

  • Spanish nationality (DUAL nationality is NOT allowed)
  • Official title by the Spanish MOD after successful pass of the course “Curso Oficial de Identificadores de Catalogacion” that grants access to the Spanish National Codification System (SICAD Plus) and allow codification of articles.
  • Extensive experience in the use of the Spanish National Codification System (SICAD Plus)
  • Deep Knowledge of the Codification Procedures ACODP1, 33C and the “Reglamento de Catalogación de la Defensa”
  • Experience in codification for Defense programs as i.e. Eurofighter, A400M, and C295
  • Experiencia en parts upload, Initial Provisioning (IP) discipline and SAP
  • Microsoft Excel and Access at user level
  • English level: understanding of technical documentation and written/spoken communications.
  • Spanish

Additionally, the experience in Customer Service and bachelor's degree (not mandatory for the position) will be highly valued.
