Descriere job:

Integrarea componentelor metalice sau subansamblelor metalice in structuri de componente finite.

Activitati specifice job-ului:

1) Executarea de operatii de prelucrare precum: gaurire, nituire, slefuire, executia de sanfren pe in jurul gaurilor

2) Executia de operatii de asamblare precum:aplicarea de chit, montarea a doua sau mai multe componente pe ansamblu suport, executia operatiilor de insurubare.

3) Utilizarea aparatelor de masura si control pentru verificarea pozitionarii componentelor si pentru definirea pozitiilor unde urmeaza a fi executata o operatie de prelucrare

4) Citirea si Interpretarea desenelor tehnice

5) Asamblarea pieselor dupa desenul tehnic aferent fiecarui ansamblu in parte

6) Utilizarea sculelor pneumatice si electrice (masini de gaurit, prese de nituit) pentru executia operatiilor de prelucrare
