In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team as soon as possible as our new Mechanic (m/f/d). Working on Airplane Doors Retrofits

The position is - for the time being - limited to 2 years.

The onboarding for this position will take place in Donauwörth (Germany).

The place of work after training is Toulouse (France).

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Integrating components or sub-assemblies for the assembly of devices or main assemblies
  
• Conducting self-checks
  
• Using manual tools or machines to assemble components
  
• Assembly/disassembly of components
  
• Performing retrofit and repair activities in the Final Assembly Line and Flight Line at Airbus Commercial
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed training as a (flight equipment) mechanic or equivalent
  
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing
  
• German: Fluent/proficient in negotiations
  
• English: Advanced knowledge
  
• French is a plus
  
• Independent and committed work approach
  
• Teamwork
  
• a high degree of flexibility
  
• Knowledge of the Airbus drawing system
