Job Description:

He/She supports procurement process in the future project company while align with Airbus group/region commodity teams (China Roof General procurement and flyable procurement)

He/She maintains a close communication and coordination with the supply chain team and Airbus group/region commodity teams

He/She is acting as focal point and coordinator in the future project company in terms of processes, supplier management (on-boarding, qualification, etc.), users awareness & communications, tool integration, reporting and performance.

He/She supports synergy projects, initiatives between Airbus Regional procurement office and the future project company.

He/She requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Client related activities

Responsibilities in managing both internal and external customers, and ensuring there is effective customer relationship management

  • Collecting and consolidating purchase plan from business functions and raising procurement requests on behalf of ALS
  • Coordinating between One-roof procurement team and ALS to arrange meetings, compulsory trainings, process awareness, refreshing trainings when required.
  • Coordinating with government for EA(equipment Agreement) procurement process.
  • Coordinating with ALS internal customer for PR(Purchase Request) clarification and procurement process

Operational activities

Responsibilities in running the day-to-day operations, and ensuring there is effective use of resources to achieve all the targets set

  • Support ALS procurement/supply chain to coordinate with Airbus China, establish the future company supplier registration process/policy considering Part 145/Non Part 145 specifics while embed Airbus supplier on boarding documentation requirements, eg. Supplier Code of Conduct, supplier registration process (pre-boarding E&C screening, SMDA etc.)
  • Follow and proceed with the Airbus Group/Airbus China procurement strategy.
  • Support ALS procurement to develop and manage the ASPL(Approved Service Provider List)
  • Support ALS supply chain to setup and manage warehouse and logistics.
  • Support ALS supply chain to monitor parts ordering and delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinate with ALS to develop and maintain contract archiving in terms of process and operation.
  • Process the PR of non-145 related commodity in accordance with Airbus approved supplier
  • Deal with daily non-145 PR(purchase request) from internal customer including: tooling, common materials, engineering services etc
  • Other activities or work that assigned by the manager
  • Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, business administration or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain/logistic/procurement , preferable in aviation, manufacturing, MRO industry
  • Experience on SAP is a must, AMOS systems is preferred.
  • Basic Skills:
  • Know how to how to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents.
  • Possess a working knowledge of procurement best practices, including commodity management, E2E processes, performance management and improvement, systems, reporting ; must be able to demonstrate ‘hands-on’ experience
  • Capable of working effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent at fostering and managing strategic relationships with internal/external customers to continually enhance procurement processed
  • Build positive working relationships both Airbus Group, Airbus regional procurement office and the future project company
  • Know how to negotiate
  • Work under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Able to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicates commodity team results to senior stakeholders
  • Certifications:
  • CPSM is preferred
