An opportunity for a Planning in Production Area has arisen within Airbus Operations, Airbus Cádiz.
RESPONSABILITIES
Planning in a Production area, with the main objective of ensuring compliance with the defined manufacturing plans.
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
- Launch monthly routine, on mid term horizon.
- Evaluate the programs and production requirements, including recovery plans.
- Define associated production scenarii based on plant calendar and all resources availability.
- Propose the best solution to meet the programs/plants requirements using production scenarii achieved.
- Prepare and participate or lead the Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders.
- Obtain the commitments and to challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time.
- Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
- Officialize production scenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders.
- Make the planning respected (accountable).
- Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools.
- Update SAP.
SKILLS
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience Planning is needed
- Experience Information Systems and Project management would be a plus
- Knowledge in SAP, Google Workspace , CIC, CAPP, FBP, would be a plus.
- Leaderships skills
- Production environment
- Negotiation level of English and Spanish is required
