MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor the Sub-Saharan aerospace landscape to position Airbus as a local, innovative partner while acting as the primary custodian of the brand’s reputation.
• Execute localized marketing campaigns and advertising strategies that provide the sales team with the
targeted collateral needed to close high-value B2B and B2G deals.
• Lead high-impact regional aviation events and manage branded promotional inventory to foster a strong community through the & quot; proximity to customer & quot; strategy.
• Ensure that sufficient stock of promotional items is ordered locally and from the Airbus approved supplier.
Marketing Analyst
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and target customer segments within the commercial and private helicopter sectors.
• Collect and consolidate data on consumers, competitors, market trends, pricing/business models, and
distribution methods within the global helicopter market.
• Conduct in-depth competitive analyses of rival helicopter manufacturers and their offerings.
• Translate data and findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders, often utilizing frameworks like SWOT analysis.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, dashboards, and visual aids (graphs, charts, infographics) to present research results to internal teams and senior management.

Event Planning and Execution
• Handle end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, timeline development, and on-site coordination.
• Assist in developing an event program that is aligned with client needs
• Spearhead internal communications with other departments like Commercial Directorate, MRO

• Set up event ticketing and registration for attendees. Be in charge of sending invites and confirmation emails.
• Manage event budgets and handle accounting needs including invoicing, payments, organization, and tracking.
• Secure cost estimates of different items, products, and services for vendors related to the upcoming event.
• Work with different agencies and offices to secure general permits and documents.
• In charge of securing and purchasing swag bags for guests, materials, services, and vendors for the event.
• Be the event’s main point of contact and main information collector.
• Provide suggestions on how to improve the event implementation strategy
• Liaise with vendors like caterers, photographers, design, audio-visual needs, etc
• Manage timelines to ensure event deliverables are on time.
• Assist with volunteers for events. Ensure clear communication, management, and follow-up.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups, evaluations, and relationships with vendors and sponsors.

General
• Ensure that there are sufficient promotional items in stock for events and customer visits. All orders to be discussed and signed off by Transformation, Communications and Marketing Manager,
• Update and print (when required) marketing collateral for the sales team.
