The Filton Plant Manufacturing Engineering team is at the heart of all our tasks, working with every function to turn design intent into production reality. We provide production support, develop new technologies for cost reduction and efficiency, and work on new product introductions. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work in Operations, Technical, and Support Functions.

Your placement can cover projects such as the A400M, A350 Metallic, and other Research & Technology initiatives. We are a pioneering and innovative team of experienced engineers, covering a wide range of subjects from strategy, production support, and project management to manufacturing technologies, digitisation, Lean, and production planning.
