Job Description

Job Description:

Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop floor documentation.

Quantify the costs (effort, materials) of the work, provide build processes and work orders (BOM, task to be performed).

Being the interface between the maintenance organization and other stakeholders such as customer/CAMO/Program office.

Provide technical solutions for issues arising during MRO activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable site and national regulations (e.g., Part145/M requirements).

Support the shopfloor throughout MRO activities, from Offer/ROM phase, event preparation, execution, to handback of the aircraft to the customer.

Coordinate activities with Services and Design Office to create documentation, fine-tune repair dispositions according to approved maintenance documentation, and serve as the technical point of contact with Engineering Services for repairs not included in approved documentation, based on the level of delegation.
Inputs:

- Program Directive, Service Bulletins, Technical Publications (IRF, AOT, ....), Maintenance Manual (inc. suppliers MM), Airworthiness directives, customer approved documentation.

Outputs:

- Quotations, build process, WO (work + BOM), technical notes, non conformities diposition.
