Job Description:
Maintenance Training Document Management
- Support to manage Maintenance Training preparation, completion, training dossier and certificates within EASA / CAAC regulations and Airbus standards by co-operation with ACSU teams.
- Support ACSUM for EASA / CAAC / Airbus / Other authorities’ audit.
- Support to maintain and update maintenance x-training materials and official forms in the ACSUM folder on the company network.
Maintenance Training Business Development
- Support new business projects like e-dossier, CBTA study, cooperation with third parties, local training development within the maintenance domain.
- Support handling inquiries for entity related information and internal processes.
- Support developed business (FAL projects, bridge training project with Light Jet, Part timer managements and Tsinghua AI develop activities)
- Support the project leader of instructors’ and training dossier digitalization in order to fully fill the EASA / CCAR Part147 regulation and Airbus standards.
Office Administration Management
- Support to manage all administrative tasks and logistic tasks within the Maintenance Training department.
- Support travel arrangement of visitors (e.g. visa 🡪 invitation letter, company letter, badge access authority and local support and etc. if applicable).
- Support Admin/HR issues of the department.
- Support Organization and/or support for department and company events / workshops / Team activities, etc.
