Job Description:
- To develop, align technical repair training programs and deliver training worldwide for the Local Working Party Experience Centre (WPEC) in Kuala Lumpur to ensure full compliance with Airbus technical standards and organizational requirements.
- To establish a Local Working Party Experience Centre (WPEC) in Kuala Lumpur and to lead the development of repair training (Airbus Working Party Experience Centre, WPEC).
- To ensure compliance to Embodiment Operations procedures and ready for audit (Part 145 or EN9110).
- To function as a coach and coordinate practical and theoretical aircraft repair training and working with internal and external parties to deliver the provided training.
- To develop training modules validated by central while ensuring all the training and competencies upgrade comply with the organization requirement for upcoming Airbus Working Party Major Repair.
- To continuously develop training outlines align with repairs requirements for the Working Party Experience Centre (WPEC).
- To plan, schedule and perform reporting on WPEC classes to the HO Working Party Resources and global community.
- Ensure all tooling, syllabus and formats comply with central organizational standards and technical specifications.
- Leads the identification and forecasting of essential parts and specialized tooling; partners with Warehouse Management to streamline supply chain efficiency for local operations.
- To plan, manage and review costs related to rentals, consumables and toolings, ensuring all expenditures remain within budget and follow financial process.
- To ensure and practice safe working habits.
- To be disciplined and adhere to working party rules and regulations.
