At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.
Your challenges:
- Design and implement optimized distribution solutions while justifying CAPEX/OPEX requirements to drive AOS maturity.
- Coordinate logistics activities through SQCDP meetings to align production needs with supply chain capabilities.
- Analyze KPIs to anticipate disruptions and implement PPS methodologies for flow improvement from HUB to Point of Use.
- Maintain logistics master data and technical specifications to ensure accurate flow cartography and process standardization.
- Monitor and manage the inventory loop of specific and standard logistics means across internal and external perimeters.
Your boarding pass:
- Extensive professional experience in logistics operations within a large-scale industrial environment (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive).
- Advanced proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, AOS) and Practical Problem Solving (PPS).
- Practical expertise in managing complex logistics flows and data through ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory for international collaboration; French is essential for local site coordination.
