Airbus FHS provides customized services to its Customers (mainly Airlines) ranging from FHS-Component up to FHS TSP (Tailored Support Program) with the objective to provide airlines with significant inventory management and repair cost savings whilst supporting the improvement of their maintenance and engineering activities to allow an increased aircraft reliability and availability in an improved airworthy environment.

This position is part of the FHS Component Operations India and South Asia team based in New Delhi, reporting locally to the Head of FHS Component Operations India and South Asia, and functionally to SMROS FHS Warehousing Global Lead

In this context, candidate will be accountable for operational level Logistical and Component Repair Activities related to AIC TSP Project

Additional activities for global support on repair order management, configuration management, lease return will be assigned on a rotational basis

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate’s main task and responsibilities will include:

• Managing Repair Loop for Components
  
• Coordination with Supplier for meeting TAT, Quality and with customer for easy retrieval of all AFHS (Local and Overseas) unserviceable units for repair
  
• ERP Transaction, Repair Loop and Logistics management close coordination with stakeholders involved
  
• Incoming Inspection, Checklist preparation, AMASIS Updation for Drop Shipment directly from Repairer
  
• Core unit return time Monitoring for Component
  
• Lease return AFHS component end mapping and sourcing support
  
• Activities under of Direct Shipment Officer role
  
  • Receiving Inspection of Unserviceable Unit
    
  • Generating Repair Order
    
  • Export Preparation
    
  • Timestamp Updation
    
  • Warranty Verification on received equipment
    
  • Follow up on missing data from customer
    
  • Reporting as per set KPI
    

Specialized knowledge and skills:

Candidate should be able to demonstrate following competencies and skills

• Minimum Education - Graduation/Degree in Engineering (preferably Aviation related)
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aviation Logistics environment
  
• Experience in working with OEM, Suppliers, MRO
  
• Hands on experience on Aviation ERP / SAP MM Module preferable
  
• Knowledge on Computer Applications and MS Office/G Suite
  
• Autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment
  
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in timely environment
  
• Building Customer/Supplier Relation and support
  

Those candidates with relevant experience ranges between (5 - 10) years are suitable for this requirement.

The (designation / title) of this position would vary with respect to the relevant experience of the respective candidate.
