Local FOD Manager Marignane plants

Within the "Aviation Safety and Quality Marignane Site" organization (EDQM), we are looking for the Local FOD Manager (LFM) of Industrial Site and Plants of Marignane, covering :

  • Dynamics Center (including site of Gyula in Hungary)
  • Industrial Centers : industrial Services, Airframe & MCA cockpit, Customization
  • Ecosystem Site of Marignane

Responsibilities of the Local FOD Manager:
• is the focal point for the FOD Manager (leader).
• Ensures the correct operation of the FOD prevention program within her area.
• Acts as the local delegate for ail matters regarding foreign object prevention.
• Notifies management of the main FOD risks and events from local routines.
• Proposes potential FOD Representative candidates to the network manager.
• The percentage of time aiiocated to this role is 100%.


Delegated Tasks of the Local FOD Manager:
• Compliance: Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and internai standards regarding FQD
prevention. (MET-022)
• Reviews: Prepares, organizes, and conducts FOD Safety Reviews within his/her area.
• Risk Management: Leads FOD risk analysis and associated action plans in associated tools.
• Corrective Actions: Foiiows up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures iinked
to FOD discoveries.
• Monitoring: Monitors the deployment of FOD objectives and tracks Safety Performance Indicators
(Adherence MatrixIAOS Brick).
• Event Analysis: Ensures ail FOD events detected are analyzed with the appropriate level of detail.
• Promotion: Responsibie for internai FOD promotion by flowing down messages, conducting ‘FOD
walks,’ and driving a “Zero FOD culture. Ensure sharing cf FOD topics through the
SQCDP daily.
• Training: Ensures ail empioyees within her perimeter are properly trained on FOD prevention


Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge and operational experience related to the defined industrial perimeter
  • Knowledge of standards and processes related to quality and conformity, manufacturing engineering or production.
  • Knowledge in the field of Aviation Safety, human factors principles, risk analysis
  • Application of improvement methods (PPS, 8D, ...)
  • Computer skills.
  • Analytical skills
  • Language skills: English and French
