Remove component according to Airworthiness Documents
Complete the greening and cutting of the aircraft according to internal procedures, execute task regarding greening and cutting outside scope of CAAC circular AC-145-FS-2019-017
Scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance checks.
Implementing and adhering to strict safety guidelines.
Using hand tools, diagnostic tests, and gauges to identify hydraulic and mechanical malfunctions.
Collaborating with engineers and system mechanics to ensure that all aircraft systems are running correctly.
Preparing diagnostics reports and suggesting repair solutions based on thorough evaluations.
Ensuring that all aircraft parts are accurately labelled, organized, and restored.
Performs regular maintenance on aircraft.
Ensures proper working condition of mechanical systems before flight.
Develops and maintains records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and any reports related to parts or services.
Inspects and examines engines, wings, propellers, tails, and other parts to identify cracks, corrosion, or other defects.
Inspects hoses and lubricates joints; replaces any that show signs of needing repair.
Consults maintenance manuals and specifications to identify correct operations and specifications for replacements or repairs.
Install new parts to replace or repair defective or recalled parts or to enhance the performance of the aircraft; performs these tasks efficiently and to specifications.
Ensures proper function of engines and operating systems via a variety of tests and tools.
Identifies and resolves mechanical problems based on visual inspections or reports from pilot or crew.
Be capable to prepare all the tools and materials required during all kinds of composite repair or modification.
Proficiently use all the tools and equipment required during all kinds of composite repair or Modification.
Be capable to perform repairs including but not limited, the application of resin, wet ply repair, prepreg ply repair and hot bond repair etc.
Be capable to do cabin wallpaper replacement or other routine composite repair work.
Be proficient with looking up through the SRM, CMM etc manuals and choose the appropriate repair scenarios.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. EXPERIENCE: Civil Aviation Administration of China Part-66 TA licence is mandatory CERTIFICATION: TA is required. LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Thorough understanding of aircraft parts, aircraft structure of A320 series, A330 as well as 737NG.
Thorough understanding of tools and testing methods used to ensure proper functioning of an aircraft and its parts, systems, and mechanics and to perform the structural repair.
Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to manual instructions to resolve complex mechanical issues and have the ability to look up for drawing in Airbus world and my fleet Boeing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to complete and maintain records.
Detail-oriented with mechanical inclination.
Superior and careful workmanship.
Ability to perform consistently under stressful conditions.
Ability to perform basic inspections and repairs.
Ability to learn new skills and methods of repairs.
Sufficient oral and verbal communication skills, as needed, to discuss equipment malfunctions and complete reports.
