Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Lead Supply Chain and Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team that develops a worldwide supplier portfolio, serving all Airbus programs transnationally. Within the PIMS Fasteners team, you will be involved in supplier portfolio management aiming to ensure contract compliance, industrial risk management, and continuous process improvement to guarantee deliveries to Airbus plants .

Your challenges:
- Act as the sole focal point to manage contracts and business reviews, ensuring a seamless interface between suppliers and Airbus internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with On Time and On Quality targets, while managing recovery plans in the event of performance drifts.
- Anticipate requirements through consolidated forecasts, assess industrial plant capacity, and implement robust risk mitigation plans.
- Audit suppliers, lead industrial qualification and maturity projects, and define long-term development targets.
- Drive multi-disciplinary teamwork, support change management for new ways of working, and report on operational performance through Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs ).
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Supply Chain or Facilities Management,
- Strong experience in portfolio management, supplier relationship management
- Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills in multicultural environments.
- Language skills: English (negotiation level); French is a plus.
