Responsibilities:

  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, modifications, and inspections on aircraft and components in accordance with aviation regulations.
  • Carry out all tasks in compliance with current legislation, the MOM, the MCQ, and the guidelines provided in the manufacturers’ manuals for aircraft, engines, and components.
  • Use up-to-date methods, techniques, and practices from the manuals, as well as proper tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and the use of approved materials.
  • Conduct tests and checks to verify the proper functioning of maintained or inspected items.
  • Read and interpret continued airworthiness instructions and technical guidelines in the original language of manuals and documents issued by manufacturers and aviation authorities.
  • Perform inspections and maintenance specified in airworthiness limitation sections, and comply with service bulletins and directives issued by authorities.
  • Support ground tests and maintenance flights when required, following company procedures.
  • Accurately record all work performed or supervised, using the required forms and completing them immediately after each activity.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, properly disposing of waste and storing all tools used, ensuring none are left inside the aircraft.


Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Aircraft Maintenance (MMA).
  • Active CHT in Airframe (CEL).
  • CHT in Powerplant (GMP) and/or Avionics (AVI) is a plus.
  • Previous hands-on experience in rotary-wing aircraft maintenance.
  • Previous experience with Airbus Helicopters products.
  • Basic knowledge of applicable RBAC regulations (especially RBAC 43, 65, and 145).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, service bulletins, and airworthiness instructions.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments (torque wrench, caliper, multimeter, etc.).

Responsabilidades:

  • Executar manutenções corretivas, preventivas, alterações e inspeções em aeronaves e componentes, conforme regulamentos aeronáuticos.
  • Realizar os serviços de acordo com a legislação vigente, o MOM, o MCQ e as orientações dos manuais dos fabricantes da aeronave, motores e componentes.
  • Utilizar métodos, técnicas e práticas atualizadas dos manuais, além de ferramentas e equipamentos adequados, garantindo conformidade com normas e uso de materiais aprovados.
  • Realizar testes e verificações para confirmar o correto funcionamento dos itens mantidos ou inspecionados.
  • Ler e interpretar instruções de aeronavegabilidade continuada e diretrizes técnicas no idioma original dos manuais e documentos emitidos por fabricantes e autoridades aeronáuticas.
  • Executar inspeções e manutenções previstas nas seções de limitações de aeronavegabilidade, além de cumprir boletins de serviço e diretivas das autoridades.
  • Apoiar testes em solo e voos de manutenção quando necessário, seguindo os procedimentos da empresa.
  • Registrar corretamente todos os serviços executados ou supervisionados, utilizando os formulários exigidos e preenchendo-os imediatamente após cada atividade.
  • Manter o posto de trabalho limpo e organizado, descartando resíduos no local adequado e guardando todas as ferramentas utilizadas, garantindo que nenhuma seja deixada na aeronave.


Requisitos:

  • Ensino Técnico completo em MMA.
  • CHT em CEL ativa.
  • Será um diferencial CHT em GMP e/ou AVI.
  • Prévia experiência prática em manutenção aeronáutica de asas rotativas.
  • Prévia vivência com a Linha Airbus Helicopters.
  • Conhecimento básico dos RBACs aplicáveis (principalmente RBAC 43, 65 e 145).
  • Leitura e interpretação de manuais técnicos, diagramas, boletins de serviço e instruções de aeronavegabilidade.
  • Habilidade no uso de ferramentas manuais e instrumentos de medição (torquímetro, paquímetro, multímetro etc.).
