Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Business Analyst (f/m) to join our IM department based in Toulouse, France .

You will be part of a team developing innovative IT solutions to support digital transformation and efficient operations . As part of the DC team, you will be involved in driving IT applications and projects for Customer Services aiming at supporting the Customer Service vision and the New Case Management program .

Your challenges:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to capture complex business requirements and recommend automation solutions .
  • Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy .
  • Support IT Product Managers in Product/Service Planning based on customer requirements .
  • Produce documentation for challenges and future requirements, and develop technical specification documents .
  • Serve as a liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources to ensure solution integrity .

Your boarding pass:

  • More than 3 years of minimal professional experience required in a similar role .
  • Expertise in technical landscapes and architectures (AWS, Skywise, SAP, Cloud solutions, COTS) .
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects within Waterfall and Agile frameworks .
  • Strong customer focus, team spirit, adaptability to change, and leadership in multicultural environments .
  • Negotiation level in English and advanced level in French are required .
