In order to support the IoT Platform team, Airbus is looking for an IoT Product Owner / Project Manager (d/f/m).

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the IoT solution lifecycle as an IT product, including roadmap, planning, budget, and backlog prioritization.
- Lead international development teams to implement and operate IoT solutions, ensuring maximum value and customer satisfaction.
- Act as Project Manager for technical delivery and change management projects, following the Airbus industrial project delivery framework (LBIP) process and agile frameworks.
- Define the vision and strategy for IoT solutions while assessing business needs, risks, and opportunities from the funnel to the MVP phase.
- Coordinate diverse stakeholders and teams across divisions to ensure the exact fit of applications with business expectations.
- Promote IoT products through webinars and tours, contributing to the internal communication and marketing plan.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Proven track record in managing large projects using both Waterfall and Agile environments, ideally in an international context.
- Extensive experience with industrial delivery frameworks (f.e. Airbus LBIP), project lifecycles and financial/budget management.
- Strong background in Product Management, including backlog management and IT solution development/integration.
- Leadership experience with the ability to unite people and manage cultural gaps in a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English is required; French and experience with JIRA are considered a plus.
