Airbus Commercial is looking for an Internal Communications officer (f/m) to join our Commercial Aircraft Communications department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join an international team of communication professionals responsible for defining and implementing the leadership and employee communications priorities for the Commercial Aircraft business.

From elaborating the internal editorial strategy for Commercial Aircraft across internal channels with the communication advisors from the different businesses and the Corporate team, to ensuring that the delivery of content offer is well-balanced and in line with the Commercial Aircraft communication strategy, this job covers a wide range of activity requiring strong project management, and coordination.

Your challenges:

  • You are responsible for implementing the internal editorial strategy for Commercial Aircraft across internal channels together with the communication advisors of the different businesses and the Corporate team. This includes interacting with various stakeholders, providing advice and recommendations, challenging and advising accordingly.
  • With the support of the back office team, you oversee the internal editorial chain: sourcing, editing, translating, proofreading, validating and publishing.
  • You are responsible for reviewing content, such as articles and photographs, approving content, layouts on all platforms and ensuring style guidelines and processes are followed, making sure that the delivery of content is well-balanced.
  • You are creating editorial content. This can include copywriting mass emails, articles, presentation slides, memos etc. contributing to the editorial operations (online and TV)
  • You are ensuring coordination, consistency and alignment between businesses, functions, country, sites communications managers
  • Monitoring and measuring the performance and impact according to predefined targets of the respective communications project or topic. Ensuring lessons learned and best practices are implemented in future projects or topics.
  • Actively participating to the Communications routines


Your boarding pass:

  • At least 2 years experiences in corporate communication
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and achieve results through a strong teamwork mindset across comms and other functions
  • Proactive and team player
  • Perfect knowledge of Google Workspace and web based applications
  • Fluent level of English (speaking and writing).
