Job Description:

As a Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the Simulation Development Environment
used for developing simulation models of different aircraft systems and integration of the models to build
simulation packages.Simulation packages will support system design and testing for engineering teams as well as enable pilot training for various aircraft programs.

The various activities to be performed are:
• Specify, design, develop, integrate, validate and deliver the Simulation software.
• Write high quality code and deliver on time
• Defines the Product Roadmap, Sprints, release plan
• Develops meaningful user stories
• Ensure the quality of user stories by validating the user stories
• Reporting progress of activity with timely monitoring.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate the risks.
• Be proactive and innovative to improve the ways of working. Ex: bring innovative design solutions and technologies, deploy AGILE methods.

Allied Activities:
• Initiate optimization studies and propose innovative solutions.
• Create collaboration topics to improve the process, methods and tools

Education & Experience
• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.E., in Aerospace/Ece/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

Required Technical Expertise
• Good understanding of at least one programming language:
Rust(preferably)/C/C++/C#/Java/Python

• Good understanding of design patterns and architecture.
• Good understanding of OOPS and multithreading
• Good knowledge of any one database like H2, MySQL, MongoDB
• Any of these Frameworks:React (preferable), Spring Boot, Agular, Node JS, Eclipse RCP
• Nice to have: Automation + Testing(Web based+standalone) and DevOps(awareness+hands-on)
• General awareness of aircraft and its systems

• Ability to work independently & in a team in a transnational environment
• Assertive communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new skills, self-development
• Ability to work in multiple projects and take innovation initiatives
• Strong problem solving and logical thinking ability
