Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Intégrateur structure - Ingénierie en Service pour rejoindre notre équipe Service à la clientèle basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Ingénierie en Service Activités à Long Terme chargée du développement et soutien des solutions à long terme pour les problèmes techniques et de qualité concernant la structure de l'A220. C'est une petite équipe qui travaille en étroite collaboration avec nos clients et fournisseurs pour améliorer la performance et la fiabilité de la flotte A220.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu’Intégrateur structure - Ingénierie en Service sera d 'identifier et d'enquêter sur les problèmes en service afin de définir conjointement avec les équipes Qualité, Réparation, Ingénierie centrale, Gestion de stock de pièces, etc., des mesures de mitigation et/ou des solutions permanentes.

Vos défis :

• Soutenir activement les opérateurs A220 en apportant des solutions à leurs demandes liées à la structure : identifier les problèmes structurels récurrents impactant nos clients ;
  
• Enquêter sur ces problèmes techniques, à la fois d’un point de vue qualité et ingénierie afin d’obtenir une vue d’ensemble ;
  
• Travailler en collaboration étroite avec tous les services internes impactés (qualité, ingénierie, gestion des stocks de pièces, ...) ainsi que les fournisseurs afin de développer des solutions et fournir des mesures de mitigation aux opérateurs ;
  
• Participer aux revues de conception et au support des modifications et évolutions de la structure ;
  
• S'assurer que les attentes des clients sont satisfaites en termes de fiabilité, de qualité et de coût ;
  
• Représenter l'organisation des services à la clientèle A220 dans les comités internes et externes ;
  
• Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue de l'organisation des services à la clientèle.
  

Votre profil :

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou aérospatial ;
  
• Vous avez une expérience de dix (10) ans dans l'industrie aérospatiale, de préférence dans un environnement de compagnie aérienne ;
  
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de CATIA V5 et Enovia ;
  
• Vous avez une solide expérience dans les structures d'avions, d'un point de vue conception, certification et/ou exploitation ;
  
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) et de la suite Google ;
  
• Vous êtes une personne dynamique qui prend des initiatives, avec un sens aigu des responsabilités, orienté client et doté d'un bon jugement en ingénierie ;
  
• Vous avez un très bon relationnel et un esprit “satisfaction client” ;
  
• Vous êtes organisé, capable de gérer efficacement votre temps et de prioriser les tâches tout en travaillant vers des délais serrés ;
  
• Vous avez de solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français ;
  
• Vous avez une connaissance des systèmes d'ingénierie, de dessin et de contrôle de configuration de l'A220 (un atout) ;
  
• Vous avez une connaissance détaillée de l'exploitation, de l'ingénierie et de la maintenance des compagnies aériennes (un atout) ;
  
• Vous avez des connaissances en matériaux composites (un atout).
  

Ce poste peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier) peu fréquents.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Structure Integrator - In-Service Engineering to join our Customer Support team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

You will be part of the In-Service Engineering Structures Long Term Activities team responsible for developing and supporting long term solutions for technical and quality issues with the A220 structure. It is a small team that works closely with our customers and suppliers to improve the A220 fleet performance and reliability.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as In-Service Engineering Structures Integrator will be to identify and investigate in-service issues and together with Quality, Repair design team, Core engineering, and Material Support to provide mitigations and/or solutions for them.

Your challenges:

• Actively support A220 operators by providing solutions to their requests related to the A220 structure and identify recurrent structures issues that impact our customers;
  
• Investigate these issues reported on aircraft structures from both a quality and engineering point of view in order to obtain an overall view;
  
• Work closely together with all impacted internal departments (quality, engineering, material support, etc) and external suppliers in order to develop solutions and provide mitigations to operators;
  
• Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of reliability, quality and cost;
  
• Investigate the recurrence of damages and propose long term solution;
  
• Participate in the design reviews and support of structure modifications and evolutions;
  
• Represent the A220 Customer Services organization in internal and external committees;
  
• Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives of the Customer Services organization.
  

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
  
• You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in an airline environment;
  
• You have a good knowledge of CATIA V5 and Enovia;
  
• You have a strong experience in aircraft structure, from a design, certification and/or operation point of view;
  
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office softwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Google Suite;
  
• You are a dynamic person taking initiatives, with a strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and with a good engineering judgment;
  
• You are organized, able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks while working toward tight deadlines;
  
• You have strong, written and spoken, communication skills in both English and French;
  
• You have knowledge of the A220 engineering, drawing and configuration control systems (an asset);
  
• You have detailed knowledge of airline operation, engineering and maintenance (an asset);
  
• You have knowledge in composite materials (an asset).
  

This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
