Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Intégrateur de gestion de configuration pour rejoindre notre équipe Systèmes d'Interconnexion de Câblage Électrique (EWIS) basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec plusieurs départements et fournisseurs rattachés à l’avion A220.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Systèmes d'Interconnexion de Câblage Électrique (EWIS) qui développe la majorité du câblage électrique de l’avion A220, d’un point de vue installation (3D) et fonctionnel (2D).

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant qu’ intégrateur de gestion de configuration du système EWIS sera de gérer la configuration du système EWIS d’un point de vue 2D et 3D, d’établir des processus pour en faciliter le maintien et, lorsque le besoin est identifié, de donner des recommandations sur les projets en cours pour assurer une évolution efficace de la configuration du système EWIS.

Vos défis:

• Être responsable de la gestion de la configuration du câblage d’un point de vue 2D et 3D;
  
• Établir des processus pour maintenir de manière continuelle la gestion de configuration du système EWIS;
  
• Donner des recommandations sur les projets en cours pour assurer une évolution efficace de la configuration du système EWIS;
  
• Se familiariser avec l’architecture complète ainsi que tous les livrables 2D et 3D du système EWIS;
  
• Maîtriser les processus de gestion de changement du programme A220 d’Airbus Canada;
  
• Gérer et coordonner les livrables des fournisseurs en lien avec la gestion de configuration.
  

Votre profil:

• Vous possédez un minimum de cinq ( 5) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale, avec une spécialisation en gestion de configuration;
  
• Vous avez des connaissances générales sur les rapports de câblage, les plans d’installation et les schémas de systèmes;
  
• Vous êtes familier avec les réglementations EWIS (p. ex., FAR) et les normes de conception;
  
• Vous êtes bien organisé, soucieux du détail et capable de gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches en parallèle;
  
• Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite et maîtrisez la suite MS Office;
  
• Vous avez une attitude positive et un fort esprit de collaboration.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for one Configuration Management Integrator to join our Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with many departments and suppliers involved in the development of A220 aircraft.

You will be part of the Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS) team responsible for developing the majority of the electrical wiring for the A220 program, on a installation (3D) & functional (2D) standpoint.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as EWIS System Configuration Management Integrator will be to manage the EWIS system configuration from both a 2D and 3D perspective, establish processes to facilitate its maintenance, and, when the need is identified, provide recommendations on current projects to ensure an effective evolution of the EWIS system configuration.

Your challenges:

• Be responsible for the configuration management of the wiring from both a 2D and 3D perspective;
  
• Establish processes to continually maintain the EWIS system's configuration management;
  
• Provide recommendations on current projects to ensure an effective evolution of the EWIS system configuration;
  
• Familiarize oneself with the complete architecture as well as all 2D and 3D deliverables for the EWIS system;
  
• Master the change management processes of the Airbus Canada A220 program;
  
• Manage and coordinate supplier deliverables related to configuration management.
  

Your boarding pass:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry, specializing in configuration management;
  
• You have general knowledge of wiring reports, installation plans, and system schematics;
  
• You are familiar with EWIS regulations (e.g., FAR) and design standards;
  
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks in parallel;
  
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are proficient with the MS Office suite;
  
• You have a positive attitude and a strong spirit of collaboration.
