Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine des infrastructures et du bâtiment et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous !

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche 1 ingénieur - Chargé de projets aménagements, infrastructures et bâtiments pour rejoindre notre équipe Installations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous aurez à rencontrer différents clients internes (département de la maintenance, méthode, logistique, transport et autres) afin de comprendre et identifier leurs besoins.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Génie Usine chargée d’effectuer des aménagements/réaménagements d’usine ainsi que d’effectuer des modifications ou ajouts aux différents bâtiments et infrastructures.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Chargé de Projets sera de prendre en charge la planification de projets et la réalisation de ceux-ci, ceci à l'intérieur des coûts, délais et qualité identifiés.

Vos défis:

• Définir le budget et l’échéancier ;
  
• Élaborer les appels d’offres pour l’octroi de mandats professionnels (ingénieurs, architectes, etc.) nécessaires aux projets ;
  
• Élaborer les appels d’offres pour la sélection des entrepreneurs requis pour les projets ;
  
• Analyser les soumissions ;
  
• Participer à l’adjudication des contrats ;
  
• Assurer le suivi des projets et effectuer les ajustements requis pour respecter les différents jalons ;
  
• Livrer les projets en respectant les délais, le budget et les standards de qualité établis.
  

Votre profil:

• Vous possédez un Baccalauréat en Génie Mécanique, électrique ou en Génie de la construction dans une université reconnue;
  
• Vous êtes Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) (un atout);
  
• Vous avez 5 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projets;
  
• Vous avez d’excellentes compétences d’organisation et de planification;
  
• Vous avez une maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais tant à l’écrit qu’au parlé;
  
• Vous avez une très bonne habileté de communication;
  
• Vous possédez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une équipe multidisciplinaire.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for 1 engineer - Project manager for plant improvements, infrastructure, and buildings to join our Facilities team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will meet with various internal clients (maintenance, methods, logistics, transportation, and other departments) in order to understand and identify their needs.

You will be part of the Plant Engineering team responsible for carrying out plant renovations/refurbishments and to make modifications or additions to various buildings and infrastructure.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Project Manager will be to take charge of project planning and implementation, within the specified budget, deadlines, and quality standards.

Your challenges:

• Define the budget and schedule;
  
• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for the procurement of professional services (engineers, architects, etc.) required for the projects;
  
• Prepare tenders for the selection of contractors required for the projects;
  
• Analyze bids (or Review submissions);
  
• Participate in the awarding of contracts;
  
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet established milestones;
  
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  

Your boarding pass:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering from a recognized university;
  
• Member of the Engineers Order of Quebec (OIQ) (asset);
  
• You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management;
  
• You have excellent organizational and planning skills;
  
• You have a command of French and English, both written and spoken;
  
• You have excellent communication skills;
  
• You have good judgment and you work well in a multidisciplinary team.
