Vos défis:

• Répondre aux questions techniques et de dépannage des clients, qui impliquent la résolution d'un large éventail de problèmes en service à long terme ;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de support au sein du centre de réponse à la clientèle (CRC) et du support technique/services ainsi qu'avec les représentants de service sur le terrain (FSR)
• Fournir des solutions techniques aux problèmes en service.
• Préparer la disposition de l'ingénierie pour remettre l'avion en service.
• Fournir l’expertise technique aux opérateurs.
• Soulever une demande de changement de programme (PCR) afin d'améliorer la fiabilité de la flotte.
• Visiter les installations des opérateurs et des fournisseurs pour enquêter, analyser et préparer des rapports techniques sur des problèmes spécifiques.
• Préparer des rapports et des présentations sur les problèmes en service.
• Participer aux conférences des opérateurs.

Votre carte d'embarquement:

• Avoir un diplôme d’ingénierie mécanique, ou équivalent.
• Avoir un minimum de trois à cinq (3 - 5) ans d'expérience de support à la clientèle, support technique ou gestion d’opérations aériennes est un plus.
• Avoir une connaissance solide des systèmes mécaniques d’avion.
• Avoir la capacité de prendre des décisions solides et précises en faisant preuve d'un bon jugement.
• Être un joueur d'équipe avec de solides compétences en communication (verbale et écrite).
• Être organisés, capable de gérer votre temps et êtes capables de prioriser les tâches efficacement avec des délais courts.
• Être disponible pour voyages d'affaires occasionnels.

Déplacements requis: Déplacements occasionnels en Amérique du nord et à l'étranger

Possibilité d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les périodes de vacances.

Job Description:

The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for an aircraft systems Specialist to join our In-Service engineering (ISE) team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with the A220 integration team and the A220 Customer Response Centre.

You will be part of the In-service engineering team for the Hydromechanical Systems. Your role will be developing technical solutions for Airlines, producing engineering documents to support aircraft return-to-service, proposing mitigations and solutions in collaboration with engineering team and supplier.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomy, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:

• Respond to customers’ technical and troubleshooting queries, which involve resolving a wide range of long term in-service issues;
• Work closely with a support team within Customer Response Center (CRC) and Technical Support/Services as well as with Field Service Representatives (FSR)
• Provide technical solutions for in-service issues.
• Prepare Repair Engineering Orders (REOs), Service Non-Incorporated Engineering Orders (SNIEOs), In-Service Modsums.
• Provide technical expertise to operators.
• Raise Program Change Request (PCR) for fleet reliability improvements
• Visit operator and vendor facilities to investigate, analyze and prepare technical reports on specific problem areas when required.
• Prepare technical reviews with customers.
• Prepare reports and presentations on in-service issues.
• Participate in operators' conferences.

Your boarding pass:

• Have Mechanical Engineering Degree or an AME license or equivalent diploma
• Have a minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in Customer Support or airline operations (Maintenance Control/Engineering and/or Fleet Management/Fleet Technical Support) is a strong asset.
• Have a basic knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
• You have the ability to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills.
• You are a team player with strong communication (verbal and written)
• You are organized, able to manage your time and be able to prioritize tasks effectively with short deadlines.

Travel Required: Occasional travel within North America & Overseas (sometimes on short notice)

Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons.
