Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Information System Solution Architect (M/F) to join our Connected Services department based in Marignane, France.

As part of the military project team dedicated to the State customers in France and worldwide (mainly Ministries of Defence and Ministries of Interior), you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital architectures related to helicopter ground maintenance information systems.

Your challenges:

You will have to:

  • Analyze the customer business needs, as well as their technical requirements and constraints, by organizing custome,
  • Define digital architectures (related to applications and infrastructures) based on the convergence of all types of helicopters and of the civil/military product lines, by involving the relevant Airbus entities (enterprise architects, cyber-security experts, business analysts, ...) and by supervising the potential subcontracted activities,
  • Follow-up the architecture implementation, by checking that the developments are compIiant to the requirements and drafting the relevant deliverables
  • More generally, contribute to all project phases (design, développements, tests, support) regarding the architecture topics.


This role will involve some travels for business worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in design and implementation of information system architectures,
  • Strong background in Information Technology,
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies,
  • Fluent in French and English (negotiation level),
  • A good knowledge of aeronautical industry and/or military environments is an advantage.


This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
