In the Maintenance Information Systems & Services (TASDM) department of Airbus Defence & Space GmbH, we are specialized in IT solutions that ensure the continued airworthiness of airborne weapon systems, thus enabling safe operation in operational and technical/logistical areas.

The key task of an "In-Service Security Engineer and Project Manager" is to provide operational support to project and department management to ensure service delivery to national and international customers.

Job Description

  • Support the Programme Office in the fulfilment of the contract milestones in Time, in Quality and in Cost.
  • Focal point with the customer (OOCAR and JCP and JAB members) in In Service Security deliverables and meetings.
  • Ability to write clear and consumable security reports (Security Incident Reports, Impact Analysis Report, quarterly-yearly reports)
  • In-Service Security Project Manager (project schedule, controlling budget, managing risks and opportunities, ...) in transnational projects with internal teams (Airbus) and external stakeholders (suppliers, ITSEF, ...)
  • Support and develop in-service security contracts, through life cycles such as new product/version releases
  • Provide strategic inputs to develop new services based on the digital tools’ evolution and customer´s needs outlook.


Qualification and Technical Skills

  • University Degree in a technical Engineering Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in Information Security and/or Aircraft Systems/Ground Support Devices design and development
  • Knowledge of threats and risk analysis methods and tools used (MAGERIT, NYST...)
  • Knowledge in security evaluation, certification and accreditation processes in accordance with the applicable criteria and methodologies (CC/CEM, ITSEC/ITSEM, CCN-STICs ...
  • Knowledge about the Export Control regulations and processes
  • Personal Security Clearance up to NATO SECRET is an advantage but not essential.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good command of French or German is an advantage but not essential.
