Job Description:

A multidisciplinary role for Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Acquisition has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Seville, Spain. The successful applicant will join the HRBPs team located in Seville, Spain.

The selected candidate will join the this Team carrying out the HRBP role and also being the main representative of the Talent Acquisition in the South area :

1. The department is in charge of the population located in Seville, both sites San Pablo & Tablada

2. The team is made up of the HRBPs team & Laboural Relations Representative, all of them involved in multidisciplinary and relevant projects in both sites.

3. The jobholder will reinforce our Recruitment in the South, deploying adapted strategies related to Talent Acquisition and also will be in charge of a population as HRBP.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner , your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Analyze, understand and challenge the Managers' needs, discussing requirements for a position.
  • Advertise vacancies on appropriate channels and participate in Employment Marketing events.
  • Sourcing for hard to fill positions externally via social networks (LinkedIn) being aligned with the Company TCOs.
  • Conduct preselection and final selection personal interviews based on Professional assessment and online psychometric tests analysis.
  • Debrief and align with Managers for final selection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the functional customers in the divisions.

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with desirable candidates.
  • Manage and participate in transversal & relevant projects for the Company.
  • As an HRBP, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

    • Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.

    • Advising the business on all people related matters.

    • Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.

    • Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.

    • Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.

    • Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

    • Support and actively collaborate on HR improvement initiatives for the Division and the Group

    • Participate in local negotiations with unions with regards to HR topics through the local commissions

    Required skills:

    We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

    • Educated to University Degree level in Human Resources field or a related discipline.
    • Knowledge and experience as HRBP or in other Human Resources disciplines.
    • Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge to translate into searching technics to find candidates.
    • Take-charge & hands-on mentality, committed, solution oriented, flexible and open-minded. Excellent communication skills.

    • Experience in Project Management.
    • Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
    • English and Spanish must be advanced level. Any other language skills will be a plus.
