A multidisciplinary and growth-oriented role for a Junior Human Resources Business Partner has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, Spain.
Your main mission will be split between:
- Translate business needs into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of business performance, while being guided by senior HRBPs.
- Support HRBP team for the Space Business in various strategic and operational HR projects.
RESPONSABILITIES
Population Management:
- Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
- Advising the business on all people related matters.
- Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
- Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards the management.
- Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
- Support and encourage the development of all employees.
- Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.
HRBP Team Support & Project Collaboration:
- Actively collaborate with and support the HRBP team on various division-wide and group-level HR improvement initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and data analysis for talent reviews, compensation campaigns, and strategic workforce planning.
- Participate as an observer and support person in local union commissions and labor relations topics to gain foundational knowledge in collective bargaining.
SKILLS
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HRBP path:
Education: University Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2 years of experience in Human Resources disciplines (internships or initial roles as HR generalist, recruitment, or HR admin are highly valued).
Mindset: A strong "take-charge" and hands-on mentality. You are committed, solution-oriented, flexible, open-minded, and eager to learn from experienced peers.
- Basic understanding of project management principles or experience supporting projects.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to interact with managers and employees.
- Analytical and IA affinity (ability to work with Excel, HR metrics, and reports).
- Driving continuous improvement, optimization, and simplification through AI.".
Languages: Advanced level of both English and Spanish is mandatory. Any other language skills will be considered a plus.
