Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HR Business Partner (f/m) to join our HR Engineering team based in Toulouse, France.

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), your mission is to align business and engineering objectives with people-and-culture strategies.

Your challenges:

• Strategic Business Partnering: Provide and manage HR services & People tempo, in partnership with the business to understand business roadmaps and translate them into actionable HR, talent, and organizational strategies.
  
• Advising the business on all people related matters on leadership dynamics, employee relations, complex HR topics, and organizational effectiveness.
  
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead succession planning, talent identification, leadership development, and critical skill pipeline building to support future aerospace initiatives.
  
• HR Advisor: Act as a trusted HR advisor & drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
  
• Cascade and apply HR policy , E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.
  
• Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination. with the management and according to business objectives.
  

Your boarding pass:

• Technical expertise : knowledge of key HR processes such as recruitment, development, mobility
  
• Good collaboration and communication skills
  
• Capacity to influence and manage stakeholders from various backgrounds
  
• English and French are mandatory for the role
  
• Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
