Responsibilities:
The jobholder is leading the Flightline Quality organization and in charge of:
- Create an environment for team members to personally develop and encourage the team.
- Follow the Quality Processes for non-conformities (NC), staff qualification, operational surveillance and Industrial Process Qualification in flight line.
- Manage the Operational Surveillance, Event/SARI/PPS process and follow up actions.
- Continuously increase efficiency and adherence to processes in flight line.
- Identify local best practices and contribute to the adaptation of quality standards and process improvement in flight line.
- Professionally perform employee interviews and skills assessment.
- Coordinate with Production leaders and manage the team in order to meet operative objectives and business requirements.
- Develop mid-term plan of team and to assure the daily training and qualifying staffs working on aircraft.
- Assure that all the technical problems are transferred to responsible IN/GTE properly.
- Approve operation level procedures and other Flightline related work instructions for technical adequacy.
- Support cross function activities in close collaboration with other department, i.e. audit related with aircraft maintenance
- Summary and review the technical status and snags collaborated with production and other departments in order to improve the people’s behavior and process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of at least ten years (10 Years) direct Quality experience or similar in the
Aerospace industry
- Master or Bachelor degree
- Good knowledge and skills in Production Organization and Quality System.
- Good knowledge and skills in Airbus documents system
- Strong problem solving ability and stress resistance
- Good communication and negotiation skill in English
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Leadership skill
- Engine Run experience is preferred
- Familiar with flight line process and GTE function
