The role of Supply Chain Quality Specialist is a highly recognized and leading role as a specialist in our supplier quality management strategy.

You will be responsible for the overall performance and compliance of Airbus Atlantic in Asia supplier portfolio to ensure timely and quality deliveries to our customers. You will also contribute supply chain and quality to the multifunctional procurement team and implement the supplier quality management strategy.

Your missions will be as follows:

Support all SCQM (Supply Chain and Quality Manager) for Airbus Atlantic contracts in Asia to ensure supplier compliance with standards, control of supplier activities, ensuring a close understanding of the overall situation and scope of suppliers.

Verify and support compliance with applicable requirements and ensure convergence towards industrial maturity objectives (quality fundamentals, change notification, FAI control…)

Deploy the APQP: Implement the methodology, perform and monitor the APQP activities, which can also be performed outside the APQP application (D/P FMEA, KC (Key Characteristics), KPP (Key Process Parameters), MSA, SPC, Cp/Cpk, Control Plan).

Support the SCQM in defining and monitoring the monitoring plan.

Perform product audits on requirements

Get involved in the SCQM role and manage crisis non-conformances (8D, 9S), events, SARI and QSR.

Resolutions with suppliers and customers: Analyze quality data and participate in the definition and implementation of recovery, improvement and development plans to secure deliveries.

Initiate and manage supplier development and improvement projects (E2E FAI maturity...)

Support Airbus Atlantic and supplier audits (EASA, EN9100), follow-up of action plans.

Identify suppliers' industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.

Present the situation of suppliers in terms of operational performance (KPIs, evaluations).

Your activities will be carried out using different tools, which you will have to familiarize yourself with. You will also be involved in approving internal and external supplier audits and reviewing supplier control.

This role involves regular business travel (once a month minimum) and therefore you must be able to travel accordingly.

Graduate of Engineer or Master, you justify an experience of more than 7 years on similar functions. Senior SCQM is accepted

Through your roles you have developed the following skills:

Experienced in APQP methods

Experienced in Audit/Assessor (product, QMS, special process...)

Solid and proven experience on quality standards/methods:

Problem solving methods (8D, PPS, ...), and process improvement skills (statistical process control (SPC), measurement, etc.).

(statistical control of processes (SPC), analysis of measurement systems (MSA), lean,...)

Quality standards and regulations (QMS, Nadcap, ...)

Good communication skills: Presentation, facilitation, Leadership Competencies Autonomy and organization

Advanced level of English language is mandatory (Level of negotiation in French is highly recommended to communicate with Airbus Atlantic team)

Environment & Working Conditions: Based at Chengdu (Sichuan)
