Job Description:

The job holder will be supporting the Airbus H175 manufacture in Harbin. The candidate will focus on the engineering topic relevant to the support shop floor production. Provide assessment/approval on the repair solution for non-conformity. Also represent the engineering on site to coordinate with other functions in production.

  • Support to production by giving answers on non-conformities occurred on elementary parts, subassemblies, and A/C assembled.
  • Redaction of capitalization document (Technical Note, Pocket book) for recurrent defects treatment.
  • Solve production problems, participate to corrective and preventive actions, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Have economic responsibilities: acceptability/rework/scrap, by always keeping in mind safety and customer vision
  • In local, help to coordinate and support AH and HAIG for other engineering topics including drawing update, in service issue analysis and so on.
  • Drive the internal project team towards achieving customer needs, drumbeat.
