Job Description:

The Ground Instructor is responsible for pilot’s ground training

• Ensure the pilots have reached the standard level of knowledge and passed the final systems
and performance exams
• Provide lectures to the pilots, develop and review examinations questions
• Instruct Airlines crews converting to Airbus aircrafts on all operational and technical aspects
for a particular type of aircraft, using all equipment: FBS, FTD, APT+, Mock-ups
• Evaluate the crews’ progression regarding the aircrafts systems knowledge within the
predetermined time scale of the course
• Maintain the required Instructor Competencies performance
